[fwlug] ir receiver

This is just an update on the last IR receiver email I sent out. I decided
to go with the "easy" MCE remote and spend my effort in de-branding it (i.e.
getting the windows logo off and a tux penguin on it). I debated getting a
seriel IR receiver and play around with the different, extra remotes I
around the house, but it sounds like Mythtv doesn't make that very easy.
