[fwlug] March Business Meeting

Well ... those first three are pretty important ... but, yes, I was 
pretty sure those parts were not going to be forgotten <g> so it was the 
non-standard part that was of most interest to me at this point.

Once I get there, the first three will certainly increase in importance, 
however <g>
