Here's a question from a real novice . . . my daughter has an eee, and the apostrophe/quotation mark key doesn't work. I haven't tried calling Asus . . . we've had some other problems and Asus has been great about offering solutions, but this time, I thought I'd check the folks on this list before I call the company.
